Thirty-year-old Bangasantan Partha Karan is just as determined as officer Manoj Sharma. Parth, the stubborn son of Bengal, has been defeated many times.

Returned five times in a row from the door of Success. However, due to his unyielding mentality, self-belief, and hard work, he is the seventh position holder in the country today. UPSC winner Partha Karan now has a smile of victory on his face. In the words of Partha Karan, there is only one formula for victory. Keep the goal fixed and move forward. Partha Karan has assured that he will stand by the children of his village who want to prepare for this tough exam.

Partha Karan is a resident of Sarenga in Bankura. He has been a brilliant student since childhood. The father is a retired primary teacher. Mother is a housewife. Born in a middle-class family, he understood the meaning of hard work from childhood. Partha passed his higher secondary from the local school Sarenga Mahatmaji Smriti Vidyapeeth.

After passing 12th standard, he was admitted to Scottish Church College, Kolkata with Physics. After graduation, he was admitted to IIT Guwahati through the IIT JAM exam. From there, he decided to do a PhD after passing his master’s degree. And that’s why he flew to Delhi. Arriving in the capital, Partha Karan had a different dream, to pass the UPSC exam and serve in an administrative position in the country.

Partha Karan started working hard with the insistence of his dream. But UPSC is taught. Partha has to come back from the rush after sitting the exam repeatedly. But Parth was not one to give up. But his dream of becoming an IAS and IPS was dashed in the first four years of effort. However, Parth fought hard. He decides to change the subject and prepare afresh.

From that time he started preparing for the Geological Survey of India exam. But there are obstacles! Even reaching the interview phase for the first time, you have to come back. Partha did not give up on his dream of success in the UPSC 2023 Exam. Partha Karan finished seventh in the all-India category. At present, he is the pride of his village and also the pride of West Bengal.
