Harshal Mahadev Nakshane in Shark Tank India Season 3 dreamed of building a leading automobile company in the world at the age of just 19. In just 18 months, he built this car in a small garage behind his house. It cost around Rs 60 lakh to build, which included earnings from his other business and contributions from friends and family.

Harshal started this journey at the age of 19, inspired by his passion to open an automobile company on a global scale. In just 18 months, he transformed a small garage behind his house into a manufacturing facility for this revolutionary car. Not only did he get the support of friends and family for financial help, but the income from his other business also contributed significantly.
Hydrogen-powered vehicle Advanced AI Car
This AI Car uses hydrogen fuel cell technology. While electric vehicles take an average of 5-6 hours to charge, hydrogen refueling takes only 3-5 minutes. Not only this, this car has a mileage of more than 1000 kilometers. This car is automatic and can be driven easily on Indian roads. It also has features like emergency braking, 3D cameras, and differentiating between obstacles using ultrasonic sensors.
Advanced AI Car leaves Tesla behind
Harshal has used such advanced AI technology in his car that it is capable of driving itself on Indian roads. He also made all the sharks test-drive it. The AI of this car understands the nuances of Indian roads and provides features like emergency braking. Unlike foreign companies that use lidar for AI, this car uses 3D cameras and ultrasonic sensors.
Demand for 4% equity instead of Rs 2 crore
Aiming to revolutionize the automotive sector, Harshal asked for Rs 2 crore in exchange for a 4% stake in his startup. His pitch struck a chord with the Sharks that resulted in a deal without any negotiations. The founders walked out of the tank with a deal, showcasing their innovation without compromising their equity.
